INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Sweet Corns
- 2 teaspoons Tomato Salsa
- 2-2½ teaspoons Plain Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon Onion, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 cup Nacho Chips
- 4 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by adding 1 ½ cups of water to a pan. Let it come to a boil and add corn to it. Cook until they are tender.
- Next, take a bowl – add boiled corns, onion, tomato and tomato salsa. Mix everything well and then add mayonnaise.
- Take 1/2 cup nacho chips and combine it well with mixture.
- Now, add oregano seasoning, red chilli flakes, chaat masala, salt and mix everything well again.
- Finally, pour lemon juice to add a tangy flavor, mix well and serve.
NOTES
Top it with a handful of crushed nacho chips and binge on this deliciously tempting and creamy treat.
