INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Spinach (Paalak), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Parsley, for garnishing
  • Holy Basil Leaves (Tulsi Ke Patte), for garnishing

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Start by adding eggs, salt and pepper to a bowl.
  • Pour the cream into the mix and whisk it well.
  • Next, heat a pan over medium flame and add butter to it. Once the butter melts, add onions to it.
  • Next up, add spinach, cherry tomatoes and a few basil leaves. Sprinkle some salt and pepper as per taste.
  • Transfer this mix into the baking mould and then pour in, the whisked egg mixture.
  • Bake them in the oven for 5-6 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
  • Garnish it well with some fresh parsley and basil leaves.
